Step 1: Open a browser preferably Chrome, then and paste this link- https://ezcshkzuelligpharma.freshdesk.com/
Step 2: Click "Login" in the upper right corner. Input your email address and password, then click login
Step 3: Once you're in the home page. Click "Submit a Ticket" button to create a ticket.
Step 4: You can either Ask a question, Report an issue, or Enquire Status. 
Step 5: Click "Report an issue" to raise your ticket. Fill out the required fields and click submit on the bottom part of the page.
